KEY RUNNERS: GIRLS — Abigail Bauserman (Sr.); Sara Nolan; Madison Cote; Bethany Nestor. BOYS — Hunter Steinau (Jr.); Lucas Williams (Soph.); Ethan Leonovich (Jr.); Austin Johnson (Sr.).
OUTLOOK: Senior captain Bauserman, along with Nolan and Cote, all members of the 2017 team which placed second in the IAAM B conference, will lead the girls. They will be leading a team comprised of several strong and determined veterans as well as newcomers to the school and the sport. A core of returning runners will lead the boys, including Steinau, who leads the team by example. Swanson expects the competition in the MIAA B Conference to be very strong once again this year, but believes the Eagles' top three runners will compete for spots in the top 10 in the conference this year.
