The AACS girls cross country team claimed second place in the IAAM B Conference championship race.  Freshman Kelly Anne Bickhart finished 4th with a time of 21:37.  Sophomore Madison Cote finished 8th with a time of 22:14 and fellow sophomore, Mattie Miller, finished close behind with a time of 22:26.  Freshman Bethany Nestor placed first in the open JV race with a time of 23:27.

Additional awards were presented at the championship race.  Senior Maggie Bickhart was awarded the Leader of the Pack Award.  This award is voted on by the entire IAAM.  Junior Megan Rosacker received her second IAAM Character coin of the season.  She was awarded the coin from an opposing team for displaying exceptional character and sportsmanship that goes above and beyond the norm.
