The AACS girls volleyball team went undefeated in the New Life Christian Tournament on Saturday, September 9.  The girls defeated teams such as Carroll Christian, Maryland School for the Deaf, Faith Christian, and New Life Christian. This is the first time the team has won this tournament.  The girls outscored their opponents 250 to 159.

Over the course of the tournament, senior Morgan Lang had 53 assists; sophomore Skyler Emert was 89% serving with 19 aces and 19 kills; senior Sophie Thompson had 16 kills. freshman Milan Gomillion was 94% serving with 1 ace and 13 kills; and junior Grace Williamson was 97% serving with 4 aces, 1 kill, and 83 digs.

The girls will play the Baltimore Bravehearts next on Tuesday, September 12 in a girls volleyball triple header.
