The AACS girls varsity swim team placed third overall at the IAAM Championships on Monday, February 4. Paige Lovelace finished 1st in the 100 backstroke and also broke the school record, and also finished 2nd in the 200 IM. Leah Boardman finished 2nd in the 100 breaststroke. Ashby Irvin finished 3rd in the 100 freestyle. The 400 freestyle relay team of Lovelace, Irvin, Melissa McCollum, and Sarah Hall finished 3rd and also broke a school record. The 200 medley relay team of Lovelace, Boardman, Ashlyn Carlisle, and Melissa McCollum earned a 4th place finish and broke a school record as well.
