The AACS girls varsity soccer team defeated Catholic 1-0 in overtime in the semifinal round of the IAAM playoffs.  Zoe Lemke scored the lone goal off a pass from Tracy Grollman during the first minute of overtime to secure the win for the Eagles.  Julie Hemmings made five saves in goal to earn another shut out.

The Eagles improve to 14-3-1 overall and will face Concordia Prep in the championship game on Saturday, November 2 at 3:00 PM at CCBC Essex (7201 Rossville Blvd. Baltimore, MD 21237).  Admission will be $8.
