The AACS girls varsity soccer team defeated Mt. Carmel 6-0 in their conference opener. Emily Powers led the attack with two goals and two assists. Zoe Lemke added one goal and one assist. Tracy Grollman, Lilly Hyre, and Milan Marshall each scored one goal. Sarah Hall and Kyra Hudd each had an assist. Julie Hemmings made 6 saves in goal.
The Eagles improve to 2-0 overall and 1-0 in conference. They will travel to St. John's on Tuesday, September 10 for their next game.
