The AACS girls varsity soccer team defeated the 1st seeded Concordia Prep 2-0 in the semifinal round of the IAAM C Conference playoffs. Tracy Grollman scored the first goal off a pass from Zoe Lemke. Lemke finished the 2nd goal off an assist from Emily Powers. Julie Hemmings earned another shutout in goal and made 16 saves.
The Eagles improve to 9-5 overall and will face off against Catholic High in the championship game on Saturday, November 3 at 3:00 PM at Anne Arundel Community College. There will be an $8 admissions charge.
