The AACS girls varsity soccer team defeated Indian Creek 8-0 on Thursday, August 30.  Junior Emily Powers scored two goals while Emma Williamson, Sarah Hall, Charisma Burrell, Livvie Mellinger, Jess McBride, and Zoe Lemke each scored once.  Sophomore Tracy Grollman added 4 assists.  Fellow sophomores Taylor Grollman and Hailey Mackey each added one assist.  Junior goalie Julie Hemmings earned her first shutout of the season and made 2 saves.

The Eagles are 1-0 overall and 1-0 in conference.
