The AACS girls varsity basketball team defeated Glenelg Country School 59-47 on Wednesday, January 31. Sophomore Ani Gadson led the team with 14 points and also added 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Freshman Koi Sims and sophomore Deja Bristol each scored 13 points. Sims grabbed 10 rebounds while Bristol had 9. Junior Morgan DeBeary had 12 points, 2 assists, and 3 steals.
The Eagles improve to 16-5 and will host Mt. DeSales in the Pink Out Game on Friday, February 2.
