The AACS girls varsity softball team defeated Maryvale Prep 10-6 on Thursday, April 26.  Senior Jayla Pinkney and sophomore Courtney Maurer both hit triples.  Freshman Hana Hoitt went 3 for 4 while sophomore Emma Zhang added an RBI.  Junior pitcher Lindsay Wilson threw 12 strikeouts to help lead the Eagles over the Lions.

The Eagles are 3-4 in conference and 5-4 overall.  They will travel to Chapelgate on Tuesday, May 1.
