The AACS girls and boys cross country teams competed in the Spiked Shoe Invitational on Saturday, September 7. The team raced against other schools from the MIAA/IAAM as well as multiple schools throughout the state. Out of almost 200 varsity girls runners, Madison Cote finished 41st and Meadow Mackey finished 60th. With over 200 varsity boys runners, Hunter Steinau finished 17th, Lucas Williams finished 20th, and Ethan Leonovich finished 25th.
Both teams will participate in the Barnhart Memorial Run on Saturday, September 14 at Dulaney High School in their next meet.
