The girls and boys varsity track and field team were quite successful in their first meet with multiple 1st and 2nd place finishes in addition to numerous personal records (PR).

On the boys side, Zahire Mike earned 1st place in the 100M and 200M.  Erynn Beavers finished 2nd and set a PR in the 400M and Eric Johnson finished 2nd and also set a PR in the 1600M.  Zephaniah Wade took 2nd place in the Shot Put.  4x100 relay team of Justin Hamilton, Eli Croskey, Elijah Pierre, and Zahire Mike finished first in addition to the 4x200 relay team of Justin Hamilton, Carius McClain, Croskey, and Zahire Mike.

For the girls, Maya Whitney took 1st in the 100M and 2nd in the 200M.  Milan Marshall finished 1st and set a PR in the 200M.  Madi Donelson earned 1st with a PR in the 100 Hurdles and the High Jump along with 3rd place in the 300 Hurdles.  Madison Diggs was 2nd in the 100M and 3rd in the 200M.  4x100 relay team of Madison Diggs, Milan Marshall, Trinity Dickens, and Maya Whitney and the 4x400 relay team of Riley Dove, Kendall Hamilton, Trinity Dickens, and Milan Marshall both earned 1st place.

With multiple personal records and first place finishes, the Eagles look to continue their success into their next meet in April.
