The AACS girls varsity field hockey team defeated Indian Creek 3-2 in double overtime in the semifinal round of the IAAM C Conference playoffs.  CJ Summa scored the game winning goal off a breakaway to solidify the team's spot in the championship.  Maggie Conroy scored two goals in regulation off of assists from Summa.  Sarah Billey played an outstanding game in goal talling seven saves including some crucial saves at the end of the game.

AACS will head to the championship game against Catholic High School on Friday, November 4.  The game will be played at Glenelg Country School at 3:00 PM.
