Football Defeats Friends And Moves On To Championship

The AACS boys varsity football team defeated Friends School 37-12 on Friday, November 3.  Junior Dominick Banks ran for three touchdowns.  Junior Joey Dixon scored on a 38-yard touchdown pass from sophomore Ryan Idleman.  Senior Isiah Williams picked off a pass and returned it 101 yards for a touchdown.  Senior Jack Rosacker nailed a 24-yard field goal along with 4 extra points.

The Eagles remain undefeated in conference and will make another championship appearance on Saturday, November 11 against St. John's Catholic Prep.  The game will be played at Spalding at 3:00 PM.  There will be a $10 admissions charge.  The Eagles are looking for their 3rd victory over the Vikings this year.
