The Rock
The Rock is given out weekly to an AACS athlete who goes above and beyond expectations. The Rock does not go to the athlete who necessarily has the best statistics, but to the athlete who shows grit, poise and leadership during crucial moments of competition. This person is often not the star athlete, but one, who through hard work, character and composure helps the star athlete be the star and honors Christ in such ways that don't show up in the statistics.
