Career Highlights for Joel Derechinsky ‘06
Joel was a four-year varsity lacrosse player and a captain his senior year. He scored 113 goals and had 52 assists in his career, finishing 6th on the AACS all-time scoring list. He led the county in goals scored his senior year. He was named MIAA All Conference and All County his junior and senior years, was the MVP of the Bilderback Senior All-Star Game and was named to the FCA Senior National Elite Team. Joel went on to be a four-year starter at Gordon College and was named to the Commonwealth Coast All Conference Team his junior and senior years. Professionally he played for the Calgary Raiders the Kentucky Stickhorses and Team Israel.
