Career Highlights for Becca Thorpe ‘96
Becca was a member of the varsity basketball team for 5 years. She was a captain her freshman, sophomore, junior and senior years and ended her career as the all-time leading scorer with 1,038 points. When she graduate she held the school records in points, rebounds and blocked shots in a season and career, and most points scored in a game. She was named to the Christian School Athletic Association All-Conference team in ’94, ’95 and ’96 and was named to the DC All-Metro team as an honorable mention in ’96. Becca helped put AACS girls’ basketball on the map. She earned a basketball scholarship to Eastern University where she played for two seasons.
