AACS Career Highlights for Ryan McCuen ‘01

Ryan was a four-year varsity player on the lacrosse team.  He was a starting defensive midfielder, yet managed to score 58 goals to go along with 78 assists in his career.  It is a major achievement for any player to score over 100 points in a career, even more impressive from the defensive midfield position.  Coach Bitzer had this to say about Ryan, “Although he never received All-Conference honors, Ryan is one of the very best lacrosse players to have played at AACS.  His defensive skills and contributions were even greater than his outstanding stats.”  Ryan was also a member of the AACS soccer team.  He went on to play lacrosse at Messiah College.
